​Fishing Derby

Festivities start at 1:00pm Sunday May 26th at the Chazy Recreation Park following the Town of Chazy Parade and will continue until Dusk. Fun activities that can be found at The Pike include but are not limited to DJ, award ceremony, volleyball, playground for the kids, good food and 2 LIVE BANDS!!

Mr. Charlie & B4B from 4-8pm at the Rec Park

Busco Bandits from  1-4 at the Rec Park

Fish dinners will be catered by the Happy Pike Restaurant. All fisherman get a meal provided. Fixin's available for Landlubbers.

HP Event Info

Registration can be done ONLINE, at the Weathercock in Chazy, NY or at the Happy Pike Restaurant. Registration fee must be received by 8pm Friday May 27th to be qualified for the derby.

Registration fee is $25.00 for BOTH days or $20.00 for fishermen under 16 and over 65 years of age.

Happy Pike

The Derby starts at sunrise Saturday May 28th with a final weigh-in at 6:00pm at the Chazy Recreation Park.

Fishing continues Sunday May 29th at sunrise with a final weigh-in at 3:00pm at the Chazy Recreation Park.

Only ONE Northern Pike of legal length can be entered per person per day. ALL Fish must be taken from Lake Champlain waters.
